NEEDO Corporation ("NEEDO," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information entrusted to us.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you visit needousa.com, use AptStats or other NEEDO services, communicate with us, or connect a third-party service such as QuickBooks.

We may also automatically collect certain technical information when you use our websites or services, such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, timestamps, and diagnostic or security information.
2. QuickBooks Integration
AptStats may allow customers to connect their account with QuickBooks products and services provided by Intuit Inc.
When you authorize a QuickBooks connection, NEEDO may receive and process information from your QuickBooks account as necessary to provide the features you have requested. Depending on the features used, this information may include company information, customer information, vendor information, invoices, transactions, account information, payment-related records, products or services, and other accounting or business information made available through the QuickBooks integration.
NEEDO only accesses QuickBooks information after an authorized user grants access through Intuit's authorization process.
We use QuickBooks information only to:
- Provide and operate the QuickBooks-related features of AptStats
- Synchronize authorized business information between AptStats and QuickBooks
- Generate or maintain records requested by the customer
- Troubleshoot integration issues
- Maintain the security and integrity of the integration
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
NEEDO does not sell QuickBooks data.
Connecting AptStats to QuickBooks is optional. Customers may disconnect the integration through the applicable AptStats or QuickBooks account controls. Disconnection prevents future access through the connection but may not automatically delete information previously imported into AptStats.
Requests concerning deletion of previously imported QuickBooks information may be submitted to NEEDO using the contact methods described below.
QuickBooks and Intuit are third-party services. Intuit's collection and handling of information is governed by Intuit's own terms and privacy policies.
